Why I Started Nurture Inner Peace

Hi, my name is Amrith. For a long time, I felt like I was always chasing happiness. I looked fine on the outside, but deep down, I felt like I wasn’t enough. No matter what I achieved, there was always this empty feeling I couldn’t shake off. I tried so many things to fix it—books, courses, techniques—but nothing really stuck.

Then I stumbled upon a practice called “releasing,” where you learn to let go of negative thoughts and feelings. It worked like magic… for a while. I’d feel great, but then I’d slip back into the same old patterns. It wasn’t until the pandemic hit and everything felt out of control that I decided to get serious about it. I committed to releasing every day, and that’s when things really changed.

One day, while I was helping a friend on a call, something clicked. He was beating himself up over a mistake, and I asked him, “Is this really a good enough reason to withhold love from yourself?” As soon as I said it, I realized I’d been doing the exact same thing—holding back love and peace from myself for no reason at all. It was like a light bulb went off, and I felt this huge sense of relief. I thought, “Why am I making things so hard for myself? I don’t need to withhold love anymore.”

That’s when I knew I had to share this realization with others.

Who Am I?

These days, I'm on a journey to embrace unconditional love and peace within myself. But it wasn't always like this. I've been through a lot—ups and downs that left me feeling like no matter what I did, it was never enough. Then one day, out of the blue, I had this "Aha!" moment that changed everything. I realized there's no reason to keep holding back love and peace from myself.

Now, I'm bringing together my background in engineering, instructional design, and years of creating and delivering courses, along with deep practice in self-inquiry methods, to craft simple, practical solutions that really work. I see myself as a traveler documenting my journey—sharing stories, insights, and tools that others might find helpful on their own paths toward unconditional love and peace.

I'm not a guru or an enlightened master. I'm just a regular person who's picked up a few things along the way. And I'm here to share what I've found with you.

What Makes This Different?

The heart of this system is a simple idea: all negative thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are waiting to return to love and peace. When we stop holding back love and peace, everything naturally falls into place. It’s not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It’s about recognizing and removing ways in which you might be unconsciously withholding love and peace from yourself so that you can clearly see who you already are—a person who’s capable of feeling love and happiness right now.

There is nothing complicated in this approach, it doesn’t get any more straightforward than this. You don’t need to do anything special. You just need to be willing to engage.

What I Offer

If you’re curious, start with my free course. It walks you through the basics of the self-inquiry system I’ve developed. You’ll also find blog posts, worksheets, and exercises to help you practice on your own. And if you want some direct support, I offer free calls where we can talk through any questions you have or go through the process together.

For those who want more personalized help, I offer one-on-one sessions and a 90-day coaching program. The coaching program is great if you’re looking to set and achieve goals from a place of peace, instead of stress and pressure. It’s about finding balance, so you can enjoy life while still going after what you want.

Growing the Resources

I’m constantly adding new resources to the site, so don’t worry if it looks a little bare right now. I’m building it up piece by piece, adding more blog posts, exercises, and tools to help you on your journey. My goal is to create a space where you can find everything you need to support your inner peace and happiness.

Where We’re Headed

I’m still refining this system, but I’m already seeing the impact it can have. My hope is to create a community of people who are all working on nurturing happiness from within, without waiting for the perfect circumstances. I’m excited to share more insights and stories as we go along, and I’d love for you to be part of this journey.

If any of this resonates with you, let’s connect. Whether it’s through a course, a support call, or just checking out the blog, I’d love to help you explore how to start feeling happier from the inside out—no pressure, just an open invitation to see what’s possible.
