Struggling to Stay Consistent with Your Practice?

If you know inner work helps but struggle to show up consistently, the Practice Group is designed precisely for someone like you.

Is This for You?

If you’re wondering whether this space is right for you, take a moment to check in:

  • Do you often drift away from your daily practice?

  • Are you seeking a gentle, structured environment to re-engage with your inner work?

  • Would you value practicing alongside a small group of like-minded individuals?

  • Could real-time, guided facilitation help you stay on track?

If any of these resonate with you, the Practice Group was created with you in mind. You’re welcome to come as you are — there’s no pressure to be perfect, just an open invitation to return to what matters.

What to Expect in Each Session

What you’ll experience in the 30-minute sessions:

  • Each session starts with a calming guided group facilitation (10–15 mins).

  • Followed by optional opportunities for 2-3 short, personalized one-on-one facilitation.

  • Participants can request 1:1 facilitation or follow along as others are facilitated.

  • Each session is scheduled for 30 minutes, with the possibility of extending up to an additional 30 minutes based on demand for one-on-one facilitation. You're welcome to leave after the initial 30 minutes or stay for the extended portion if your schedule allows.

  • Live sessions are available across time zones — from Pacific Time (US) to Central Europe and Australia — so you can join the one that works best for you.

How This Is Different from the Weekly Support Call?

If you've attended the free weekly support calls, you already know how powerful it can be to reconnect with the framework and receive live guidance. But the Practice Group offers a different kind of support — one that’s more consistent, immersive, and habit-forming.

Here are a few ways the Morning Practice Group creates a different kind of momentum:

  • A structured daily routine eliminates the common obstacle of simply forgetting.

  • A consistent morning rhythm carves out space for your inner work — no decision-making required.

  • Daily group presence fosters a sense of companionship and shared intention.

  • Gentle weekday consistency reduces the tendency to drop off between sessions.

  • You don’t have to wonder when or how to show up — the space is already there.

  • Occasional insights become daily embodiment, moving the practice from helpful to habitual.

  • Daily contact provides regular encouragement and small moments of real-time growth.

  • You don’t have to hold your questions until next week — the space is available each day.

  • Saying yes to a daily group gives form and shape to your intention.

  • Consistent practice compounds over time — creating not just insight, but integration.

Enrollment Form

Here are a few important things to keep in mind before you enroll:

  • This is a live, guided space for personal reflection and inner practice. It’s designed to support your own self-inquiry — not to offer advice, diagnosis, or solutions.

  • Please note that this program is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional advice. No guidance will be provided on medical, psychological, financial, or relationship matters.

  • If you're currently under medical or psychological care, or have been diagnosed with a clinical condition, you're encouraged to consult your care provider before enrolling.

  • All sessions are held live and will not be recorded or available for later viewing. This helps preserve the quality of presence and protects the confidentiality of the space for everyone attending.

By submitting the enrollment form, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood these considerations, and that you’re enrolling with that understanding in mind.

FAQ

Here are answers to some common questions to help you feel clear and supported before you join. If there’s something you’re still wondering about, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to clarify.

  • No, not at all. There’s no pressure to attend every session. In fact, trying to force daily attendance can sometimes backfire. If you can join 3–5 times a week, you’ll still feel supported and see meaningful progress.
The key is to minimize the gaps between sessions — ideally, not letting more than two days go by without returning to the practice.

  • I understand that even with the best intentions, life can take unexpected turns. If something comes up and you're unable to continue, you're welcome to request a pause.

This means you’ll be able to join a future cohort and use the remaining time you missed — so your commitment doesn’t go to waste, and you can return to the space when the timing feels right.

If this becomes necessary, just send me a message and we’ll make sure you’re supported.

  • The ultimate aim of this program is to help you build enough guided experience to become self-sufficient in your practice — so that you no longer need an external structure to sustain it.

That said, it’s hard to predict exactly how long that takes for each person. New cohorts are offered regularly, and if you feel you still need the support, you’re always welcome to join the next one.

From what I’ve seen, it often takes about 12 weeks of regular practice for the method to take root, and another 12 weeks to deepen and stabilize it.

  • No. These sessions are intentionally held live and in the moment. Recordings will not be available for later review. This helps preserve the real-time energy of the space and ensures confidentiality and presence for those attending.

  • No — there’s absolutely no pressure to speak or turn your camera on during the call. You’re welcome to participate silently in the guided mindful inquiry.
If you feel moved to share a gain, ask a question, or request assistance, you’re always welcome to — but let it happen naturally, without any sense of obligation.

  • Yes, you can — though it’s best to pick one and stay with it consistently. The program is designed to support morning practice, so ideally, you’d choose the time slot that aligns with your own morning routine.

That said, it’s okay if another time works better for your life. For example, one participant from the UK, a busy mum with school drop-offs during her local 8 AM slot, chooses to attend the US East Coast session at 1 PM her time — and it works beautifully for her.

As long as you can show up regularly, you’re free to join the session that fits best with your flow — even if it’s not technically “morning” for you.

  • The first part of the call — a 10–15 minute guided group facilitation — sets the tone for the rest of the session and is the most important piece to experience.
If possible, try to arrive on time and settle in for that portion. But if you do arrive late, you're still welcome to:
    – Request a 1:1 facilitation if there’s time
    – Simply follow along and receive the work as others are being guided

  • Do your best to join from a quiet, undisturbed space, where you can sit comfortably and be present. It helps to minimize distractions and reduce background noise, especially if you’re open to 1:1 facilitation.

That said, life isn’t always predictable — and if there’s some noise, movement, or interruption that you can’t control, that’s okay. There’s no need to make things perfect. The most important thing is that you’re there.

  • No preparation is needed. Just show up as you are. There’s nothing to study or complete in advance. The practice itself begins the moment you arrive — and each session is designed to meet you wherever you are that day.

  • No — the program isn’t designed for group interaction or peer discussion.

While there’s a quiet resonance that naturally forms when like-minded people practice together, the space itself is intentionally focused on individual inner work within a shared container. You’ll feel the presence of others — without needing to engage directly.
