Your Guide to the Right Support Structure

If you’re here, you’re probably wondering what kind of support you need and how to structure it in a way that works best for you. That’s an important question, and I want to walk you through it in a way that feels easy, clear, and stress-free.

This isn’t about choosing a random package or committing to something long-term without knowing if it’s right for you. It’s about finding the right level of support for where you are right now—and then allowing that support to evolve as you do.

In this guide, I’ll help you:

  • Understand what kind of support I offer and how it works

  • Decide which option might be the best fit for you

  • See how your support structure evolves over time

  • Know what happens after you complete your sessions

  • Figure out how to maintain support while becoming self-sufficient

Let’s take this one step at a time.

What Kind of Support Do I Offer?

The way I work is through facilitation—which means I don’t give advice, I don’t offer solutions, and I don’t try to change you. Instead, I guide you through a mindful inquiry process using structured yes/no questions that help you release resistance and ease into clarity.

Most people come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by emotions. And what happens through this process is that they begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease—not because their external circumstances changed, but because something within them shifted.

This isn’t therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. It’s also not coaching, where I help you push toward a goal or create action steps. This is facilitation, and it’s about helping you navigate your inner world so that clarity, peace, and relief come naturally.

How Do I Know if This Approach is Right for Me?

I know it can be hard to know if something will work for you until you experience it. That’s why I offer several free ways to explore this method before committing to a session.

  • Join a Free Group Support Call – Every week, I host live group sessions where I facilitate for those who want to participate. You can either join in or simply listen. Many people say they feel relief just from witnessing the process.

  • Try a Free 1:1 Session – If you’d prefer a private space to explore this work, I offer a complimentary one-on-one session. This lets you experience the method firsthand and see if it feels like the right fit.

  • Watch Facilitation Clips – I post recordings from our free group support calls so you can get a sense of how people engage with the framework. Watching these can give you an idea of how it works and whether it resonates with you.

There’s no pressure. Just an opportunity to explore and see if this approach is something you’d like to continue with.

How Do I Choose the Right Support Structure?

Your needs are unique, and the right level of support depends on where you are in your journey and how much guidance you need.

Pay-As-You-Go ($75 per session) might be right for you if:

  • You don’t have a consistent schedule and just want to book a session when needed.

  • You aren’t in a particularly difficult situation but would like clarity on a specific issue.

  • You want to experience a single session before deciding whether to continue.

A 4-Session Pack ($240 for 4 sessions) might be better if:

  • You’re going through something difficult and need consistent support.

  • You want a private, deeper exploration that goes beyond what we can do in group sessions.

  • You want the flexibility to schedule sessions at a time that works for you.

And if you find that you’d like to continue after your first 4-session pack, you’ll have access to a special returning client rate of $200 for 4 sessions ($50 per session).

How Does My Support Structure Evolve Over Time?

The support you need at the beginning won’t always be the support you need later. Over time, you’ll find yourself becoming more independent in using this process, and your sessions will start to shift from deep work to fine-tuning and integration.

Phase 1: Building a Foundation (First 8 Sessions at 2x Per Week)

In the beginning, we meet twice a week. This phase is about creating stability, experiencing relief, and building confidence in the method.

You may have already felt some benefits from a group session or a free 1:1 session, but these first four to eight sessions give us space to go deeper. At this stage, most people still feel emotionally heavy in between sessions, which is why we meet more frequently.

Phase 2: Strengthening Self-Sufficiency (Next 8 Sessions at 2x Per Week)

As we continue, you’ll start noticing that relief lasts longer between sessions. You might even begin applying the method on your own, but certain situations may still feel overwhelming.

This is completely normal. A lot of people tell me, "I know this works, but I forget to use it when I need it most." That’s okay. This phase is about strengthening your ability to apply the method between sessions so that it becomes second nature.

Phase 3: Integration & Troubleshooting (8 Sessions at 1x Per Week)

Now, you’re able to hold clarity and relief for longer stretches of time. You may still have moments of difficulty, but they’re less intense and less frequent.

At this stage, we reduce sessions to once per week and focus on fine-tuning your ability to support yourself. If anything feels unclear or challenging, we use these sessions to troubleshoot.

Phase 4: Transition to Full Independence (4-8 Sessions at 2x Per Month)

This is the final stretch where we meet only twice a month to check in and keep the practice going. By this point, you’re already using the method on your own with confidence, and these sessions act as touchpoints for continued progress.

What Happens After I Complete My Sessions?

At some point, you’ll realize that you no longer need regular sessions—and that’s the goal.

If you’ve been applying the method between sessions, you’ll likely see accelerated progress, meaning you may need fewer sessions overall. And if you prefer to simply show up to sessions without doing any work in between, progress will still happen—just at a natural pace.

Once you reach the end, I’ll offer a few simple ways to keep the practice going, but there’s no pressure. You can always return to group sessions, book occasional check-ins, or continue on your own.

Final Thoughts

If you’re ready to begin, you can:

  • Book a pay-as-you-go session ($75 per session).

  • Start with a 4-session pack ($240, $60 per session).

  • Renew at the returning client rate ($200, $50 per session).

And if you’re still unsure, that’s okay too. You’re welcome to join a free group session or try a complimentary 1:1 session to see if this is right for you.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to support you.
