Free Support Call
The support call is a free online session where people gather to experience a gentle, step-by-step process sometimes called “mindful inquiry.” During each call, the facilitator (Amrith) invites participants to notice any stresses or challenges—like fear, worry, relationship issues, or decisions about the future—and then guides them in letting go of tension while allowing more love, peace, and freedom to come through.
This is not a lecture or a class; it’s an interactive meeting in which you’ll see actual demonstrations of the process. Some participants volunteer for brief one-on-one work with the facilitator, which others watch and learn from. Even if you just observe, you can still follow along silently to release your own stuck feelings.
Main Benefits of Attending
Practical Tools You Can Use Right Away
Each call features a simple, direct way to work through difficult emotions—no special knowledge required.
You’ll learn techniques that help you let go of “withholding love” from yourself and others, so you can move through fear, stress, or judgement more gracefully.
Greater Self-Awareness and Emotional Relief
Many participants say they feel calmer, lighter, or clearer by the end of each session.
When you apply these steps to real-world problems, you’ll see that old fears and anxieties can dissolve more easily than you might expect.
Safe, Supportive Community
You’re surrounded by others dealing with similar challenges, so you can share openly in a welcoming, judgement-free atmosphere.
Hearing other people’s stories and witnessing their releases often resonates with your own experiences, giving you fresh insights and a sense of connection.
Live Facilitation and Q&A
The facilitator works one-on-one with participants who have specific questions or struggles: from daily worries and relationship issues to fear of making big decisions or starting new programs.
You’ll see how each step of “noticing, allowing, receiving, and reconnecting with love/peace/freedom” can be applied in real time.
Ongoing Clarity
Repeatedly practising these steps deepens your capacity to handle life’s ups and downs without becoming overwhelmed.
Over time, you discover a new baseline of inner security and well-being that you can carry into all areas of your life.
What Happens During the Support Call?
Gentle Opening Inquiry
The facilitator usually begins with a short guided relaxation, inviting you to notice whether you’re “withholding” things like love, peace, or freedom from yourself. This helps you settle in.
Voluntary One-on-One Work
Participants can raise their hands to share a current struggle (e.g., worry about a new project, frustration with a language barrier, fear of the future).
The facilitator then asks simple questions to help you see if you’re keeping love, peace, or freedom at arm’s length—and guides you in letting more of those qualities in.
Real-Time Demonstrations
As participants go through the process, everyone else watches and quietly follows along. You learn by example: each fear, doubt, or worry becomes a chance to see how the inquiry steps bring relief.
You can apply the same questions silently to your own feelings, even if you’re not the one speaking.
Group Interaction and Insights
After someone finishes, the facilitator may explain key points or encourage others to reflect. This ensures everyone understands how each step can be used in their own life.
People often share their “gains,” describing positive shifts or sudden clarity that appeared when they stopped pushing love or peace away.
Wrap-Up and Next Steps
The call usually ends with a brief closing, letting you rest in any calm or lightness you’ve discovered.
You’re reminded that you can always revisit the inquiries on your own and continue practising between sessions.

Although the call is recorded, I share only those clips from the support call for which I have the permission from the participant to do so.

You don't have to share any personal or private details when you work one-on-one with me. You can give me a general sense of what you want to work on, and that is enough for the process to be effective.
