No, not at all. There’s no pressure to attend every session. In fact, trying to force daily attendance can sometimes backfire. If you can join 3–5 times a week, you’ll still feel supported and see meaningful progress.
The key is to minimize the gaps between sessions — ideally, not letting more than two days go by without returning to the practice. -
